How it works

Channels produce, spikes relays, users choose

A three-tier design that separates producing signals from consuming them. The spikes server never judges a signal. It validates, stores, delivers, and settles.

Three ways to read a signal

One signal, three views

A signal is shown as text (signal-box), as a bar chart (chart-box), or as a single web page (x-folio). The app uses only these standard views.

Collapsed shows the summary and three key:value pairs. Expanded adds evaluation data — accuracy, err, sim — and a chart-box button. Channels on the same ticker can be grouped on one screen.

Colors come straight from the signal (up-color, dn-color). Like a photo album, a two-column grid shows up to 20 channel charts in one tab, updating continuously.

x-folio

One page and one name per channel

Instead of a small phone screen, open channels in as many browser tabs as you like. Each page has a name.x and opens directly from the app's search bar or any signal-box.

⚹ Xpike point

Not a single point for a wrong forecast

A paid-channel signal is not billed when you receive it. It is billed only after actual values are known and the channel reports correct: yes — then the channel's own fee is deducted. The rule is simple, and the code stays simple.

Balances must always reconcile

An independent process re-adds user, channel, and system wallets every hour and shows the result on the manager console.

Revenue is shared with channels

Each deducted fee is split between the channel wallet and the system wallet by the share ratio (default 0.5). A channel's earnings are its owner's balance.

Backups a human can read

Accounts, signal activity, and point activity are exported hourly as CSV into a fresh folder; the latest ten are kept. Wallet values are encrypted with asymmetric keys.

For producers

Have a forecast model? Open a channel

Channels are requested in the app and created by the manager after review. Once created, any model can send signals as long as it follows the JSON header contract.

Apply in the app

Submit the channel name, target ticker, description (≤10K), correctness rule, fee, minimum interval, and a sample signal.

Review & creation

The manager reviews the request in the console and assigns a channel ID and an x-folio name.

Send signals

Post JSON signed with your account's secret key over REST. Missing headers are rejected.

Report verdicts · settle

When actual values arrive, report analysis_on and correct. Fees are deducted only on yes and accrue to the channel wallet by the share ratio.

Every header field is required. If any of channel-id, channel-ip, asset-ticker, tikstringkey, signal-uuid, signaltype, signalvers, feetype, modeltype, display-chart is missing, the signal is dropped.

A tik is a human-readable timestamp. ymd.hms.ms, 19 characters, used verbatim in file names and table keys so a manager can trace by eye.

The body belongs to the channel. Each signal type defines its own key:value / key:list pairs; the app renders them in the standard signal-box and chart-box.
